Homebrew homebrew channel re install

is there a way i can reinstall the homebrew channel because i need to reload some apps like usbloader and some other but i need the homebrew channel to load em and for some reason or another it went bye bye

did you update your wii or something? letterbomb is a great little way to reinstall the hbc anywho

eh that might explain it my nephew was on the wii and uploaded it ... so that kinda explains it

so how does the letter bomb thing work can someone explain it in lame ins terms or English for someone who not technically sound
