I can't really tell you much different to what you see in the screenshot (yes, it is a screenshot). It has 16 level battery monitor, shows the username and can load homebrew (the loader is the same one in hbmenu). It works fine with the soduku exploit as well as iEvo and any ds-mode cart, it really is just an hbmenu mod.
