But my installed Homebrew launcher(on my System menu) doesnt start.

Could anyone help me ?

If u want to stay on haxchi, check the posted tutorials to troubleshoot your Hbl problem.
Else:
Cold Boot haxchi enables only autoboot to former installed Haxchi (Applicarion). Only rerun the CBH installer and uninstall it.
Then i would make a dump of the haxchi app, i dont now if necessary, but for tiramisu the haxchiapp needs to be uninstalled.

this are bad advice's... if he has cbhc already installed why remove it? lol he probably has the homebrew launcher files wrong or badly named on in the wrong place on the sd card... i dont get why people would aks to remove cbhc instead of checking the launcher files first ...

what do you mean by it doesn't start? black screen, error? I assume the homebrew launcher is named correctly if it works through autobooting and the browser, that's what you meant, right?

lol
He himself asked how he can remove cbhc without losing the ds vc game. Did you even read his question completely?
that is because the first reply linked him to the new hack homebrew called tiramisu(which says to remove cbhc and use the new method instead and to start the hacking process all over again, instead of just asking if he put the homebrew launcher files in the correct place...

he basically is following another hack altogether, is like if you are on wii ask why homebrew channel doesnt work and someone send you a link for a new exploit instead...

Thats why i posted him the Links to check a written tutorial where he can prove the HBL installation for failer in detail. The first is based on Haxchi. The second is normaly the best and easy, just atm updated to Tiramisu, but the Haxchi Method is still there under Previous Methodes to find including HBL installation (CBHC-> SD-Card Preperation). The third is only a short introduction how to install HBL.

you gave him way too much stuff instead of asking the basics so if i ask why my homebrew channel doesnt work will you give me links from twilight hack, letterbomb and such? if im a newbie i have no idea what im suposed to follow or do if you give me 3 or 4 links with complete hacks from scratch to read tbh.

@Sicklyboy have you tried the xiaomi ones? I have a 4 year old one that managed to work just fine (tested once for fun).

@Skelletonike, nope, not yet. only tried a LineageOS Android TV build and raspbian (with Plasma Big Screen which I can't get to work) on a pi4. Was thinking about running over to walmart today and seeing if they had their "Onn" brand Android streaming box in stock. Heard good things about those

Or a 4k firestick, I have several n they work great (mostly stream kodi from NAS drive) n they cheap. $25-50

The old ones were crappy/ slow ui/ weak WiFi but new gen better, at least for me.

But I have seen people liking those ONN stream boxes, and they come w no bloatware which is nice. (firesticks has tons of bloat)

I also use PiHole on my network which blocks most that crap, I definitely noticed all my smart stuff seems to work better after setting up PiHole
