Homebrew Homebrew and FBI apps dissappeared?

So first the FBI app dissappeared, no big deal.

Now the HomeBrew one is gone after using it.

What should I do?... I haven't updated.

I am on: 11.7.0-40U

This sounds strange. Can you use Rosalina? (Press L+Down+Select)
(Exit with B)
If it works you can open up Download Play and then open Rosalina menu and go to Miscellaneous options...>Switch the hb. title to the current app. Then exit by pressing B a few times and close download play, then open it again. It should now come up with the homebrew launcher from where you can try reinstalling the hbl cia and fbi cia from the fbi 3dsx app (if you have that in your /3ds/ folder)

Have you installed over 300 games and apps? Once you hit the 300 game limit the 3ds removes the first thing you ever installed and replaces it with the latest then the next thing installed replaces the second thing ever installed and so on.

Yes just delete games you have completed or got bored of or didn't like to free up space.

i believe the question is(/should be) . . . will this (deleting games/apps) restore my missing icons?
