Hacking Hinge Broke on NDSLite. Help Needed

Hey Guys, thanks for the replies. What I did was called again talked to a different CSR and he got the DS repaired for free for me. Sometimes it is worth talking to someone else....

First, I will just tell you this:
I ordered a DS Phat case for my DS Phat, and after I finished replacing the case, it won't turn on :'( And that's how I lost my DS Phat :'(

It may be easier with these Shock! shells, I don't really know.

Also, I want to ask a question:
Do mainly white DSLs get the hinge problem? Just want to know because I will probably buy my DSLite tomorrow.
