Hide root on 6,0 android

Hi,

does anyone knows how can I hide root on my LG G3 which is using Fulmics (6.0) custom rom and it's rooted? I would like to play Pokemon Go on it, but can't find solution.

Any ideas? I do not have hide root in developer options.

Install the RootCloak Xposed module

Well get rid of supersu for root and use magisk. You can hide root easily with that and play pokemon go easily

As far as I can see, I don't have supersu and magisk is hidden.

What root app do you have, filmic comes with supersu as standard

While installing it, I had to choose between magisk and supersu. Magisk was recommended so I chose it. Should I uninstall magisk also? I really do not need root access i think

You can remove root if you want bit the fullmics tweak app will no longer work. You can just hide root in the magisk app though.

You can hide root very easily in the magisk manager app

Hmm I managed to got really long loading screen, infinitive pokeball spinning and got error message with pokemon go unable to authenticate please try again.

P.S. I don't think i'm banned since I never used cheats or anything.

How long ago did you install Magisk? Pokemon GO depends on Google's Safety Net service, and it was updated some time ago and Magisk wasn't hidden anymore, you must update it to use it. You can see the status of Safety Net from magisk manager itself, open it and there should be a button on the main menu.

I updated magisk few minutes ago to version 5.1.1 and I'm still unable to play the game. Getting only message with pokemon go unable to authenticate please try again.

Go into the app and tap safety net check. I don't use my lg g3 anymore but when I did I used resurrectionremix. Wasn't keen on lg's take if android.

Plus the battery lasted longer on aosp
