Well, that's DSTT itself's issue. you are HIGHLY encouraged to use YSMenu instead.
PS. I don't think YSMenu is alternate stuff. It is now de-facto official...

Or you can remove /moonshl2/launch/*.nds maybe...

Maybe (untested):
1. create folder tmp and move "roms" and "moonshl2" folder there
2. cut and paste tmp\roms and tmp\moonshl2 folders to root in this order

kind of stuff, as long as you are using DSTT menu...

DSTT Menu sorts ROMs by modification date (descending).

The from avenir does that exact same thing...that is why he suggested it...
