Hacking Hidden Files With M3 Real

Just a quick question about the M3 real. If I make a hidden file will it still be shown in the real's file browser, or will it actually be hidden like it should be? Just wanted to know so I could keep all my files organized. Thanks for the response.
 
oh, ok well that kinda stinks....i guess it's not that bad though, I just wanted to hide system files and such.

Why just not install the triple boot ?

So it is possible to hide any folder &/or files we want within M3Sakura, so that they are not visible when DS is on? How is this done?
This would be helpful, to rid myself of those "useless" files & folders required by system & homebrews.

Just change them into hidden files/folders the way you normally would through your PC, then drag them onto the card. They will be hidden in Sakura, but still visible in M3 Real's old firmware.
