ROM Hack Hi, two noob questions

Hello, i am hacking a game atm, and i was wondering if i can get some infomations about these two problems I've been facing:

• I found a file that looks like a bcfnt, but with the header FFNT instead of CFNT, any chance someone might have some informations on how to view it like a bcfnt ?
• Is there anyway to repack an .ARC (SARC) archives for 3ds?

It's "Buy New cards, LIKE REAL LIFE !!!" kek, the dlc is going to be gay, no normal duels, there are fewer duelists than in Duel Academy for GBA, this is the next gen of handhelds ladies and gentlemen.
