you can get files through ftp... you have to setup a ftp server on your pc

Multidownloader++ is what I use if i'm feeling particularly lazy. I got it off of TitleDB personally. But you have to type in the download URL, and it doesn't always work, so it's not the greatest imo.
I'd just recommend getting an FTP Client and transferring the files that way on PC, if not just downloading them using a computer or phone and using those to put them on the SD card.
