Homebrew Hey! A noob is here

I ordered mine today, at a virtual shop.
By the way is Arm9LoaderHax necessary? And is there a video which show all process of all the steps? Thanks
But we still don't know at which firmware you are. It's like saying you've bought a console, you are asked which have you bought and you answer "I bought it online".

Arm9LoaderHax is optional, but highly recommended. You shouldn't follow a video guide because they get outdated really quickly and a lot of bricks are caused by people following them.

Almost everyone might recommend it to you because it's the best, and even though it's long to do (3-6 hours) it's really worth it. It's mainly worth it because of the boot times and because it's brick and Nintendo proof. But if you want you can just do EmuNAND setup.

How do I know it if it didn't arrived yet?
Oh, okay.

Oh, okay.
Shouldn't Luma3DS be enough?

To a person that just want's to load CIA's do you still recommend to install Arm9Loader?
Yes. Luma can take over 30 seconds to boot into and it's possible to accidentally update your sysnand which would remove Luma from your system and make it really hard to install again. Arm9LoaderHax allows you to have an updated sysnand without any risk of it being removed from your system.

Okay, my head is fried with all this, but thanks

Don't use video tutorials, they become outdated quickly and could be unsafe.
No, A9LH isn't necessary but it is the best way to run CFW.

When you finally receive your 2DS, when configuring it for the first time, make sure you put "Internet Settings" connection with the DNS in manual ( 107.211.104.065 for both primary and secondary).
That way, the console won't update.

where in Portugal are you? If near Oeiras/ Cascais, I'm able to help you, ;)

I'm also considering in getting a 2DS with MK7 but am curious as to what FW it comes with.
Let us know when you get yours, :)

Sadly, I am from Guarda, but good to see a portuguese here.
I'll say something when it arrives and what FW it was. I wish it is not that updated but not that old though

Good to know, I just seen like two, one at PSVita homebrew and other at Wii U. And now you, :)
I think that even if you won't have 9.2 it probably (or even certainly) won't be on 11.0 and that's a good news, because even if you will be on something like 10.7 you will still be able to downgrade without a hardmod :D
