Hacking hermes hash bad

Im trying to install hermes v4 cios222 with 38+37
I run it through homebrew channel but after the download to sd card im given a hash bad and it returns to homebrew channel.
What am i missing here?

I had the same problem, then I decided it was because I updated to 249 Rev 19 and I didn't put it on 57, I used either 37 or 38, something that Hermes used. I did the 249 Rev 19 instal again, and put it on 57. Tried the Hermes again, worked perfectly.
