im new to vita homebrew and i dont quite understand the differences between these. Can someone pls tell me which is better and support emulators?

Taihenkaku is the new version of Henkaku, but it is still in beta. Emulator support is the same: With both you can load homebrew.
Taihenkaku has as avantage that you can install plug-ins that can modify the system behaviour. One of them is adrenaline, that allows you to run a PSP custom firmware.

So when i dont care about psp cfw and system tuning i should go for normal henkaku?

They can both be run through the browser or you can use the switchkaku to install either to the offline email exploit
