Rub one out and go hang out with her (Something about Mary). If you're still interested, tell her so (not the rubbing one out part). From the sounds of it, you're an awkward teenager, like most of us older tempers used to be. It's better to act and get shot down then to never know at all. You can always buy some advance movie tickets and play the 'hey I got some free movie passes, and my lame friends don't want to go with me, wanna come?' rouse.

Just do it, have some fun now. You're not marrying this chick... once you start HS or college or real life, you'll meet others. Practice now, so when the next love of your life appears, you'll be ready.
