Okay, you didn't really explain a lot in this post.

I believe you're having trouble with the Bill Cosby boss fight in Bill Cosby Strikes Back for the GBA.


I found that the boss fight is easier if you use your Cosby gun. When the boss dashes back and forth across the screen, you have to jump and dodge his attack, then fire your Cosby gun when he lets his guard down.
When he gets down to about half health, he begins using a laser beam attack, in which laser beams are spread across the entire screen. When this happens, you have to jump through the laser beams. If your health gets too low, be sure to use a Cosby potion.
You can defeat him much quicker if you shoot your Cosby gun in his eye, this will temporarily blind/stun him, allowing you to deal serious damage.
