Dunno if they support Brazil

The cheapest Cyclo is still going to be 40-50 bucks. Unless you can get a used one or something. There's a trading forum on here, you could try that (you need 100 posts though and don't spam your way there).

If you want something that's really like a Cyclo, you can try the EDGE. It's basically a Cyclo clone, with lesser features but cheaper.
