Homebrew Help with the doodlebomb exploit

Good evening guys! The last time I access the Homebrew Channel is through soundhax. Now that my 3DS was recently repaired and updated its firmware, I can't use it. So I researched ways based on my available software in my 3DS and I think the doodlebomb exploit could solve this. So I'm kinda wondering if someone could send me the doodle bomb letter here? FC is 2294-4520-7589. Thanks in advance

I believe it was only for a limited time, try getting rpg maker instead
