Hacking Question Help with the BARS format

As I just found out, BARS can't be easily extracted like a SARC archive.
How would I be able to access the sounds inside then?

EDIT:
I tried using VGMToolbox and the FWAV preset to no avail.

There's a program somewhere on here that allows you extract them for the switch sadly I don't remember what the link is to it. but I'm pretty sure you'll find it if you look around the site. plus what game are you trying to get the sounds from?

It's Splatoon 2.
I must have not searched enough, I'll try going further if something like that really exists.

Oh. I actually already ripped all of those sounds. It was a pain to convert but I did it.

There are two options.

• There is MasterFox's BARSViewer/Extractor.
• This thread has one and is a quick bms script.

That's the one I was talking about. Converting the bfwav files can be a pain. But I've found a simple way to convert them.
