Hacking Help with Retroarch and PPSSPP?

Okay, I have a stupid question. Everywhere I see it always says something like this

You'll need to place this PPSSPP folder in Retroarch's "System" folder for it to work correctly

Well the only problem is, I don't know exactly how to do that. A little help?

i know the video is ppsspp but its the same steps you just look for a 1e4 folder instead
