Help With RCM Mode with Chromebook

I got my switch into RCM Mode but my Chromebook wont detect it.
why is this? (I have it connected via USB-C)

I have no idea what webcfw whatever is, or if it is like it, I just know this one works,or at least used to. Instructions are on a tab, top of the page, of the app.

I never posted there. it was also where it was getting into RCM not the payload.

Chrome books suck, I suggest using a PC, or a Android device, to push a payload for RCM.

Linux is blocked, PC I have but cant use cause its 12 in the morning and wont try to wake up my friend who is sleeping cause of the very stupidly loud startup and my android is dead.

Every desktop environment looks exactly the same as Windows, so it doesn't seem hard to understand things (except for the Terminal, because nobody ever used it unless they know the commands).
