If you speak in such vague terms, how do you expect anyone to help you? Do what was suggested above, and especially don't try random firmware, as others have recently done to their detriment. 😱

This eBay listing appears to be of an identical card to mine. This help?

Shit, now it's just freezing on boot. Should've clarified that I'm trying to run this on a DS Lite, and that I'm using a 16GB SD card.
Try this firmware, its from my very first card, which is the same as the 1 in the ebay link you posted

I feel sorry for you. It's none of my business, but I don't understand why you didn't look up if and how its firmware was available before buying this flashcart, and asking others for advice. E.g., an r4 gold pro is available all over the planet (I think), it is super cheap, its software readily available, and alternatively you could use YSMenu: no one has been disappointed by it. The same goes for an Ace3DSPlus. This will teach you for your next flashcart (which I assume, at this point, you would purchase soon). 😉

Can you post a picture of the flashcart please? there are so many variants out there... you may be able to get it working if you can supply additional information. Some of these are acekard clones, but again there are so many variables. You can probably get it to work if you are patient.

One thing that does trip people up is formatting the card at FAT32. This should be done with the SD foirmatter utility (I always select the CHS fix as well).

I already posted some, in the form of an ebay listing with an identical cart: ebay.co.uk/itm/284811482116

And... guess what. Using a 4GB microSD card, using the very firmware you linkdd, I still got nothing.
This is nothing against either of you, I'm just frustrated.

Try a 2GB card. 4GB is mixed bag because it's technically SDHC (some 4GB cards that aren't SDHC exist, but not common).

It may be that the one indicated to you is the exact firmware, but that you had already bricked the flashcart by trying other firmware previously.

We will see, in the end, if I am not right, although I would like to be wrong, at least once....😋
I don't appear to have bricked it, as it still boots and attempts to load from the SD card. I don't really have any experience with flashcarts tbh, so it's probably just me

Unfortunately, you are in a tricky situation: you have to try various software to see which one works, but with the ever lurking risk of bricking your flashcart. 😩
Where you bought it, wasn't there a link to its firmware or an indication of which version should be used?

@YRMM

Might be worth hunting down a smaller mSD card (like a 2GB one) and formatting it to FAT32 with something like this. Then chuck the uncompressed contents at the root.

Alternatively, you could give this one a shot.

I highly doubt that the cart itself has been bricked by your previous attempts to get it to work since we aren't flashing any firmware, not that this cart has the ability to afaik.

Should those still not work, you could remove the screw from the back and send us a pic of the PCB since there is a chance someone here might just recognise which obscure clone variant it is.
