ROM Hack Help with PokeCalc

Trying to install PokeCalc and NTR for some RNG manipulation, but whenever I hold left on startup and do the 1 click with 3dsrngtool, it gives me an arm11 crash, not sure why this is happening. Please help me! (Crash file provided in this thread as well as my file tree)
