ROM Hack Help with moving Pokemon into USUM?

I've recently got my old DS pokemon games and backed up their saves onto my flashcard and I was wondering if it was possible for me to use some program on my PC like PKHex to move these pokemon from my save file to my Ultra Moon save. I've got a CFW N3DS and a PC running windows 10. Thank you ^o^
