Hardware Help with MicroSD Manager

So I have a 3DS with MSM and am trying to connect to it via windows xp (i have a windows 7 but xp is easier for me to access) and am trying to figure out where on the computer would I find this, if this belongs in the PC section move it there but I do need help relating to the 3DS.

It's just a Samba 2.1 server, so in theory you can use any of the multiple ways to access one (network places? type "\\{hostname}\microSD" in address bar? the same in start→run? mount network drive?)... but XP doesn't support SMB2 out of the box, and I don't know if a filesystem driver or dedicated software exists
