Hacking Help with launching FBI

Hi. I'm new here and was wondering if I did something wrong. I'm trying to get homebrew on my n3ds and followed the steps up to finalizing, section 3. I launched download play, switched hb to current app, and closed out. I launched donwload play again and I get a black screen. Nothing happens after that. I doubled checked and got everything on my SD card in order and everything. I'm not sure if what I'm doing wrong.

Yes, on the root of my SD card.

Try downloading it again fresh from the guide and overwrite the one you have. Also, is your 3DS in latest firmware?

If you can't get the homebrew launcher working you can also follow this to inject FBI to Health & Safety https://3ds.guide/godmode9-usage under injecting apps to health & safety

Try injecting it to the H&S app through Rosalina. It fixed someone else's so it's worth a shot.

Alright, so the boot.3dsx was the issue and I went on without any problems after that. Thanks for helping out.
