Help with IC RT5126

Hi, I've already replaced this IC and I'm still getting the same readings; the voltages marked in red are missing. Do you know if those voltages are generated by the southbridge?

The PMIC chip is generating the missing PG2 voltages if the pin 13 (EN2) is set high by the southbridge.
Usually this EN2 is pulled low if an error is detected.

So you think the bridge might be faulty? I'm also missing some voltage on the HDMI.
