Hacking help with GX loader

i have a wii and im trying to install GXloader on it, i manged to get in installed but it does not find the my hard drive, i when to the app version of the loader and it told me to install cios249, im trying to look for all over the internet but cant find it can anyone help?

thx, i did that but the program is asking me for a key.bin and its not included in the rar file, u have any idea where i might find one?
