Hey GBATemp!
I recently downgraded my 2DS to 9.2 EUR and created an rxTools emuNAND(build 83afbb6) and my first time i installed my gba cias(matching the hardware region-eur) and they worked like a charm(with fbi cia installer injected in health and safety)(when the cias booted the nintendo 3ds logo animation showed up and i could start playing).
But many cias later, all of those stopped working.
I tried unninstalling them, reinstall them, format the sd, format the emunand, reinstall the sysnand and emunand but nothing seems to work.
In the first time(when the cias worked) I installed the cias only to sdcard.
What's the problem? How do I fix this?
Thanks in advance!

I tried to install the Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga, Super Mario Advance 2 and Final Fantasy VI Advance.
The first time they worked but now they don't work anymore.
The NANDS are properly unlinked as the sysNAND is at 9.2 and emuNAND at 10.6.

Do you have them installed on both sysnand and emunand?

No I just set the install path on FBI to "SD" so I guess just emuNAND.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Is that emuNAND or sysnand?
I am not sure but what you should do is inject fbi or any cia installer into your h&s on sysnand and then run minipasta and install the games on your sysnand.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I don't think rxtools supports 10.6

Do I have to install them on sysNAND?
Because the first time I did this it worked normally installing on SD.
Do I have to install like a patch or something?

it does suport 10.6 because I can play 3DS Cias(legit and non-legit) there, installed to the "SD"

Lets see, you have to launch your emunand and once there, install your gba cias with any cia installer. Now, you need to have these two things in the 3ds folder of your sd card: minipasta and fbi. Now go to your sysnand (do not launch rxtools) and launch the homebrew launcher using your browser and sliderhax, once in the homebrew launcher, launch minipasta and launch again the homebrew launcher and then fbi, here you can now install your gba cias to your sysnand (destination SD, be careful to not switch it to destination nand). Of course, if you injected fbi into h&s, just launch minipasta and then h&s.

Hey! I injected the fbi into hs in emuNAND.
Also what's the function of minipasta in emunand?
In FBI do I need to install to "SD" or "NAND" . Those are the only 2 options...

Minipasta is to enable dev mode on sysnand, you dont need it in emunand since it already has patches applied. When you are installing game cias, they need to be installed on SD, not nand (unless they were dsiware titles). Man, if you want your gba games to work, they need to be in both sysnand and emunand.

install the gba cias in sysnand, from sysnand and in emunand, from emunand. Follow the little trash guide i posted above.

ok thanks i now get it! :)
but do i still need minipasta or can I simply inject fbi in h&s in sysnand to install the cias?
yes you can inject fbi into h&s on sysnand, but you need minipasta because without it fbi will fail during installation. Minipasta can be launch from the homebrew launcher and then you launch fbi :)
