Help with flashing Red and Green XBOX

I recently purchased a 1.4 xbox and sometimes it takes multiple tries for it to start up. It flashes Red and Green when it is not able to start up with no video signal. I managed to start it up and install the Rocky Soft Mod. I also removed the clock capacitor. My only guess is the Hard drive is starting to fail or something wrong with the Power board. i attached a picture of the power board. Is it supposed to look like that? Any info and help would be appreciated thanks.

Try another video cable. It's probably just that. If the clock cap was leaking make sure you clean the area it was leaking with vinegar and alcohol. If it was the hard drive/dvd drive it would boot with a scary error on the screen
