Homebrew Help with dsi.cfw.guide and the ARM9bin

Hey guys, I was doing the stock to Hiya CFW tutorial at dsi.cfw.guide, and I'm at the point where it says "go to modified files and get bootloader.nds" after running the python helper script, I don't have that folder. When i go into the "bootloader" folder there is a "make bootloader.nds" batch file but when i run that it asks for an ARM9 (patched).bin file which the tutorial never mentioned or explained? Can anyone help with this?

Thanks man! I had the same issue you did. So annoying that bit defender doesn't even say anything.
