Homebrew Help with Devkitpro

Im probably doing something wrong but im going insane trying to figure this out. Im trying to get devkitpro to run on my desktop and right now im only trying to compile the examples. However when I type in any directory past C:\devkitPro msys doesnt recognize the directory. I tried cmd as well with no luck. I think I have everything setup correctly and I cant find any guide that say I have to manually adjust path. Any ideas?

msys uses UNIX style directories. Use /c/devkitpro instead

I got to that directory fine. It's when I try to get in any subdirectory it won't work. It's really strange. I tried examples and it wont recognize the folder even though it definitely exists.
