ROM Hack HELP!!! with decrypt9 and Launcher.dat

Im curentttly trying to decrypt tri force heroes with this tutorial https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/wiki/Decryption but when i download decrypt9 they are no Launcher.dat file i have tried to rename LauncherTemplate.dat but is still dont work. help!!!

EDIT: nvm i found.
