PS3 - 4.89 Evilnat CFW

my ps3 does not have ACT.dat file in the exdata folder
i tried installing reactpsn, and create aa account and it did nothing

am I supposed to press/hold another button when i press X on the reactpsn?

i haven't tried the Apollo Save Tool - what is the process of creating an ACT.dat file

can someone please provide a simple tutorial either with ReactPSN or Apollo Save Tool - very much appreciate

i'm trying to convert pkg to iso or game folders and from the tutorials, i read - i need my ps3 ACT.dat file

there's a button press (thought it was L1, but it's been so long), to create the act.dat, then inject files. however, reactpsn is no longer necessary with evilnat cfw. there's an option in cfw settings to create a fake one, and just drop the licenses into usb0000/exdata or hdd0/exdata, then start the game. it's part of cobra iirc. and, it's dev_usb000 and dev_hdd0. I think there's also an option in cfw settings to inject the licenses without having to start the game. reactpsn is now useless.

btw, cfw settings is at the top of the network column if you don't know where it is.
