Hacking Help with CFW on 3ds 9.2

Okay I am just creating a backup right now, and do I have to specifically install A9LH or is this guide putting it on also?

OKay so I encountered an issue, I am on the FBI step and it has the header of FBI when I go to the health and safety icon but when I open it, it says an error has occured and to power off and try again. Do I keep trying again or did I do something wrong? I followed everything step by step.

Edit: I have tried about 5 times now and still getting the same error, and not sure what I did wrong or if I need to reinject or something?

Alright I tried to reinstall it and I am getting the same error, so any help from anyone is appreciated again! I followed it step for step and I am not sure what happened now that the error is present.
