ROM Hack Help with CFW issues.

I recently installed a CFW on my 3DS. I dowloaded the applications: FBI, Homebrew, Checkpoint and more (GodMode9 and Luma are also installed) Everything was smooth until today. Whenever I attempt to go on FBI or Homebrew I get an: Error: Generic with some codes beneath. What can I do to fix this?

What were you doing with the console before these errors started appearing?

What were you doing with the console before these errors started appearing?

Not anything really, I put a theme on and then after I switched the SD card and then downloaded an application on FBI i got the first error message, after I rebooted the 3DS i could no longer access ANY non-default application.
