Homebrew Help with CATSFC

I am having trouble with Usig cheats for CATSFC/any SNES emulator that can be used with a 3ds. My problem is that I absolutely cannot load any cheat files. I've downloaded the mightymo pack, tried those and they freeze, and I've also tried creating my own cheat files, to no avail. I can't find any information on how to even actually get cheats to work with the emulator. Anyone else have these issues and actually solve them? Any help would be appreciated.

Cheats don't seem to be supported on CatSFC/RetroArch yet.

I actually ended up getting them to work, although it's sort of a pain.
