Gaming Help with a level in C.O.R.E

I'm towards the end of the game because I've got all the weapons, I'm now in an underground cave level where it's very dark and you can only see the things around you. There's several different routes to take but all the ones I've tried lead to a dead end. In the middle there is a save game spot and two of those health fountains (the red one and yellow one) there's what looks like train tracks which lead to doors on either side but neither of them open, does anyone know where to go from this point?

You're not even close to the end.
After you get out of there you must go through the aliens.
Anyways I think the best route is a cave directly behind you.

After the save point go directly to your right.
You'll come to a room with a bunch of spiders.
Kill them and go up the slope.
When you go through the tunnel you'll end up in a cavern with a forked road.
Go right.
Follow the tunnel and you'll come to another opening.
There is bazooka/rocket launcher ammo on the slope.
Continue through the passage.
Be careful though because there is a ledge and you can easily fall off and die.
When you come to the edge all you have to do is jump over to the other side.
Then jump again to the other side.
When you come to a room with a forked ledge crouch down and go through the tunnel on your right.
You'll come to a broken train.
Jump over the cliff to the other side.
Take the door built in the side of the wall save reheal.
