Help ! I just updated my new 3ds xl to 11.9, and when I turned on my console, some of the games and titles I had installed disappeared and now they have a black symbol. And when I try to go to fbi titles, it shows up an error. Can someone help me ?

Ok,I did you what you said and this showed up in h2testw. What should I do now ?
- Copy everything off your SD card onto a computer.
- Reformat in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows File Explorer or guiformat (for 32 GB and larger).
- Full Write + Verify Test the empty card with H2testw. Do not skip this step.
- Delete the *.h2w test files if the card passes.
- If an error occurred, you may stop the test. Report back the failure log.
do I really have to buy a whole new card ?buy a new card. copy what you can.
uhm.yes. the sd card has got bad sectors on it. if you save data on that card you are going to be looking at data corruption.do I really have to buy a whole new card ?
oh well, any idea of how could this have happened ? And also thank all of you for your help.uhm.yes. the sd card has got bad sectors on it. if you save data on that card you are going to be looking at data corruption.
let me ask . . . you got this card online right? . . . ebay perhaps? i ask because the 32gb lost result on a 64gb card usually means you got scammed. its a fully functional 32 gb card that the seller reformatted/resized to be detected as a 64gb card . . . if you recently bought it you should be looking to get a refundOk,I did you what you said and this showed up in h2testw. nope, I bought it from a store and it is an original 32gb card. Before all this happened I was trying to export and import a gba save file with gm9, but failed. Do you think that may have caused this ?let me ask . . . you got this card online right? . . . ebay perhaps? i ask because the 32gb lost result on a 64gb card usually means you got scammed. its a fully functional 32 gb card that the seller reformatted/resized to be detected as a 64gb card . . . if you recently bought it you should be looking to get a refund
yeah sorry about my previous comment i just noticed it said 32mb corrupted (i thought it said 32gb) ... sorry i cant be sure if thats what caused it . . . my thoughts on the matter sometimes sd cards (or any storage medium really) can just happen fail at any time . . . thats why you see people recommend people back things up several times and in several locations (hard drive/sd/cloud/ect)nope, I bought it from a store and it is an original 32gb card. Your real 32 GB card failed from natural wear and tear just by using it. Here's an anecdote of another person not too long ago who had his real 16 GB card go bad as well.nope, I bought it from a store and it is an original 32gb card.
