Hacking Help! Wife did soft reset, how do i fix?

I softmodded my wii a while ago, and is been boxed up since july 2011.

My wife got it out this afternoon to put netflix on it for the bedroom, and in an attempt to update the wii store she reset it through the system menu. the wii has priiloader v0.4r78 installed, and I can get to the priiloader screen by holding down the reset button.

my questions:
1. how do i restore the home brew channel to it?
2. how do i go about updating my wii so i can get netflix?
