I dont thinks so as it have alredy installed all cias, shutdown your console

No, you ain't screwed. Wait about 10 minutes.. if it doesn't reboot power cycle your 3ds. when it powers back up you should be downgraded.

Edit: this has happened to quite a bit of people.

how do i power cycle

as in, hold the power button down until the 3ds shuts off. than power it back on.

so how do i get emunand

The basic steps in a nutshell are something along the lines of:

Restore entrypoints to homebrew through browserhax.
Install themehax/homemenuhax.
Install ctrbootmanager.
Backup nand, create an emunand with the gateway launcher dat tool, restore nand, and unlink nands if desired.
Install ctrbootmanager to launch rxtools which boots emunand without signature checks.
Boot into HB from emunand and install FBI to emunand so you can easily install cia files.
Install cia files to have games on emunand.
Play dem.
Update emunand if desired. Only considered safe if nands are unlinked and done through system settings directly being booted into from emunand.

It's a bit of a process, but there are a variety of guides around.

Can't get mine to work at all on O3dsxl with Tux
I've soft bricked 4 times now with no luck and tried 2 sd card.

Soft bricked. Pretty sure that is the right term. I have to boot into safe mode and update up to 10.3 and then delete the exdata folder and try everything all over again.
