help ps4 reverse firmware with mcu alternatives

not having teensy available, would it be possible to perform the revert with rpi pico (renesos for syscon and pico_serprog nor) and cp2102 for uart using ps4 wee tools?

ReneSos - a tool for reading / writing Renesas RL78/G13, including Sony PS4 Syscon chip

- RP2040-based, no more expensive Teensy boards
- extra fast, no more lags and hangs during read & write
- complete factory-like chip unlock, no chance to brick the chip after unlocking once (+ no need debug for writing anymore)
- pin lifting is optional, MOSFET glitching
