Hacking Help problem with my Sm4shexplorer

So my mods have been working fine for a while but recently i keep running into this error in Sm4shexplorer. I finish making all the mod files but when i build the mod a bunch of errors come up saying stuff along the lines of

"Could not copy file 'C:<user>\Desktop\sm4shexplorer 0.07.1\workspace\content\patch\data\fighter\bayonetta\model\body\c03\model.sbwl' to 'C:<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\sm4shexplorer\\data\fighter\bayonetta\model\body\c03\model.sbwl', check logs for details.

Then i checked the io text doc. and it says it cant copy the files because they are being used by another process. does anyone know how to fix this problem? any help would be great.

reboot your PC. It says there are files in use. Rebooting takes everything out of memory

I'm sorry for being such a noob, but tell me how I would reboot my PC? I have windows 10.
