there isn't a CIA that is only 4KB, you better be sure about that.

Also consider using FBI and see if it behaves differently.

Your cia download probably failed, CIAs should be between 200MB and 4GB.

Honestly it depends on what because there definitely are .cias that are less than 200MB. Actual 3DS games will most likely always be 200MB or over though, but things such as homebrew, dev tools, VC, etc. would be much smaller

It could also be a typo. I've typed KB when I meant GB multiple times before.

Yeah good point. I installed a bunch of Gameboy games converted to cia a while ago and each one took like 10 seconds to install. They were probably only a few MB each
