HELP Please

Ok so when I was reinstalling pkmn y with hshop I accidentally turned of my 3ds and I don’t have the save, how do I fix this, also I spent a lot of time on this save, pls tell me there’s a way to fix it, I didn’t back it up or anything

Not the answer you like, obviously:

Reinstalling a CIA file overwrites the save. As the existing file got overwritten it is highly unlikely to find the data anywhere on the SD with common data recovery software, even more since it is encrypted data, which cannot be adequately searched for on the raw image/block device.

Only solution to that is restoring a backup. → Never reinstall a CIA when not having backed up an important save
