Thst looks like an R4.
Download WoodFirmware, set your DS clock to 2010 and it should work.

Why would changing the set year be needed? Wood firmware isn't timebombed.

Try using WoodR4 from here: https://flashcard-archive.ds-homebrew.com/R4_original_M3_Simply/

Don't use the WoodR4 for r4isdhc.com and r4isdhc.co.hk, those are for completely different carts.

Make sure to use a 2GB micro SD card too. The original R4 only supports up to 2GB.

Instructions should be the "R4-Clone (up to 2GB uSD only)" section.
