Why is it impossible to find the FlashMe download that is needed to mod the brightness on a Fat DS? I've tried so many links and none of them work. Does anyone have the FlashMe that is needed to do this mod? Help Please.

These should be easily found in the download section of this forum. A regular Flashme will suffice; there isn't a special version specifically for providing Fat DS brightness support. If you don't see any changes after flashing, it means your NDS doesn't support multi-level brightness, not that you've used the wrong version. Only NDS models with upgraded power management chips support this feature.
Just keep in mind that installing FlashMe won't actually do anything related to your DS' brightness settings unless it came with firmware v5. And phat DSs with v5 firmware are very rare.
