Hardware Help please, does anyone do hardware repair for switch?

I have a hacked sysnand switch that I really don't want to lose. The SD slot no longer seems to work. I tried to unscrew it and stripped the screw. Can anyone both get the screw out and fix it, and repair the SD card reader? For compensation, of course, we can discuss privately. And also for reference, it is an older model Nintendo switch.
