Help! Picofly wont boot

Hello I am new to the picofly world I believe i did everything ok but I am getting this error code does anyone know what it is and how do I fix it? Thank you! You guys are all awesome!

Also, that metal part of the flex should be tucked below the shield frame, the mosfets are right there and could short against it, and the cover won't fit in any case.
