Hardware Help On Hacking My 3ds

hello im new to 3ds hacking and require some help on what should i do with my 3ds i have new 3ds latest firmware and today i got new 3ds xl firmware 9.8.0-25E and require guidance on how to downgrade and install cfw ( which cfw is the best to get now ) currently i got as far as installing homebrew
