Hacking Help on converting files

I have a acekard 2i with a 1.4.1 firmware. I have moonshell 2.02. Is there any software that I can convert any files into a DPG without using a free trial? I was looking through the GBAtemp download section and I came across some softwares that lets you convert any files from .DPG, so i would appreciate it if someone gave me the link. A guide on how to install it would be great

I went from using BatchDPG to Xilisoft (out of sync issues) to DPGTools that comes with Moonshell 2. This new version of DPGTools is AWESOME! The quality is so good. Only problem I got is some lag on my DS, but that could be due to a slow SD card.
